Just take a look around your kitchen and you'll see everything you need to help keep your skin smooth, moisturized and rejuvenated.

Body and face skin treatments are the most popular procedures you can try. Here are some easy recipes to get you started.

Body Scrubs made from Natural Products

Body scrubs can help relieve stress and remove impurities from your skin. In fact, if you want to relax even more, ask your partner to apply the scrub.

Anti-toxin Scrub

Mash enough strawberries and rice flour to make a grainy paste. Apply the mixture to your face and body in circular motions. Keep in mind that strawberries are excellent for natural skin treatments but they do have seeds that can irritate sensitive skin.

Once the paste has been applied to the skin, let it set for 5 to 10 minutes, rinse off with warm water, and then follow up with your favorite moisturizer.

Turmeric Body Scrub

Combine this list of ingredients together and then apply to your skin.

2 tablespoons of Citrus blend

1 tablespoon of ground apricot kernels

1 Tbsp of Glycerin soap, powdered

1 tablespoon Aloe Vera gel

1 tablespoon Almond Oil

Don't forget that it is very important that you apply a moisturizer after having rinsed off the mixture.

Seed Scrub

You can use either one cup of finely ground flaxseed or sunflower seeds. Add a half cup of heavy cream or milk and stir. This scrub is very gently and can be used on sensitive skin. It is particularly effective for the winter skin care because it helps restore moisture to the skin.

Make your Own Facial Masks

Natural skin care for the face can help you avoid chemical products that can lead to irritation. This is especially important if you have sensitive skin or are trying to treat delicate areas on your face.

Grated Cucumber Tonic

Place slices of cucumber on your eyes to reduce puffiness or grate it to make a facial tonic. You can even mix it with milk or lime juice to make a gentle whitener.

A Scar Treatment Made with Oranges

An orange tonic recipe can also be used as an effective, natural scar treatment. Simply blanch and grind a couple of almonds to form a paste, add 1 tablespoons of carrot juice, 2 tablespoons of milk, and 1 tablespoon of orange juice.

Once the mixture is completed, apply to the face and leave on for 30 minutes. Wash off with warm water.
